WHAT IS NEUROFEEDBACK?

Neurofeedback is a form of brain training that allows us to optimize our brain states using our own brain wave activity.  This promotes self regulation, better daily functioning and resilience.

WHO NEEDS NEURO?

Everybody can benefit!

life stresses can fatigue our mind - Neurofeedback takes all five brain waves and synchronizes them so we can feel our best and better handle what life has to throw at us.

WHY NEURO?

Neurofeedback blends wonderfully with other types of therapy and medications. When we are centered and in a calm state, we can access our feelings easier. There are different types of Neuro, but only the Othmer method, which we practice, trains our brain leaving lasting effects.

Our brain absorbs millions of stimuli every second.  When dysfunction comes from our senses outside of our body, our brain usually knows what to do with it.  But when dysfunction is inside of the brain, like too high or low blood flow, genetics or trauma, the brain doesn't "see" this information or know where to correct.  Neurofeedback brings the information to the screen so the brain can take it in through the senses and can identify where the dysfunction is.

We are at our best when we are calm and alert.  Neurofeedback is an effective, non-invasive brain training that encourages resiliency and efficiency.  Also referred to as EEG Biofeedback, this type of neurofeedback addresses brain dysregulations such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and more.
